If you use an HR Integration, you might need to filter a specific employee that doesn't fit a category with other employees (e.g. Country). That specific employee can be excluded by adding a filter to your integration's settings that will filter them out using a unique identifier.
Adding a filter
1. You will need to choose a unique identifier for the employee you want to exclude, e.g. the employee's ID, and make a note of it.
2. Go to Settings > Overview > Integrations > select your HRIS.
3. Under the 'Exclude Employees' section, select 'Add filter'.
4. Select the field you want to use to identify the employee in your HRIS and enter the unique value you made a note of in step 1.
Please note – The employee will no longer be updated in Pento when it syncs with your HRIS. If the employee was created in error and doesn't have any payslips, you can delete their profile. If they moved countries or moved to a contractor position, they will need to be terminated in Pento after the exclusion filter is in place.
