How to set up two-factor payroll authentication
- From the left side bar, select Settings.
- Under Personal, select Account.
- Enter your phone number (including the country code) in the Two-factor authentication tile.
- Click Send verification code.
- Enter the verification code and click Enable.
How to confirm a payroll using two-factor authentication
- From the left side bar, select Payrolls.
- Select the relevant payroll draft.
- Click Review in the top right corner.
- If you have an approval flow in place, click Submit for approval.
- Once you’re happy with the payroll figures, click Confirm payroll.
- In the Authorise payments pop-up, click Send verification code.
- Enter the verification code and click Verify & Confirm.
