Download your pension PAPDIS file

If you don’t use an integrated pension provider, you can download a Payroll and Pension Data Interface Standard (PAPDIS) file, with all of the information your pension provider will need to upload your contributions.

As the specific criteria required can differ between providers, UK Payroll’s PAPDIS file contains all of the data that may be necessary to populate your pension provider’s template.

Note: This is a standard PAPDIS file and isn’t customizable for any specific pension provider.

How to download a PAPDIS file

Once your payroll is Submitted, you can access the PAPDIS, also known as the Pension report.

1. From the left side bar, click Payrolls.
2. Select the relevant submitted payroll cycle.
3. Click Actions in the top right corner, and select Download pension report from the dropdown.

The PAPDIS file will download to your computer as a CSV file.

Note: You can only download the PAPDIS/Pension report from a submitted payroll. Draft payrolls will only allow you to download the Payroll CSV report.
