In this article
You may see one of the above Error Messages when adding New Employee's data to their Employee record. You should check the following details for each employee:
- Employee ID is complete
- Employee ID is not in use
- No special characters in names or addresses
- Address length (Line 1 and 2 can be no longer than 35 characters)
- Email address is complete
- City/Country/Postcode is complete
- Employee phone number is complete (you can use a fake number if you do not have their information)
- Salary has been added to the Employee's record under the 'Salary' tab
