As your Payroll Software provider, we understand your Pension Duties, if you do not use one of our fully integrated Pension providers, you can download a PAPDIS file with all the information your provider will need to upload your contributions.
As the specific criteria differs for each provider, we have created a file that contains all the data that may be required to help you populate your provider's specific template.
How to download the file from Pento
Once your payroll has been Submitted, you will be able to access the Pension report. You will need to follow the steps below
- Navigate to Payrolls
- Click into the Submitted month you require
- On the right of the Employees and their pay, you will see a button with 3 dots. Select this and the following options will appear:
- Select Download pension report

Please note – You can only download the Pension Report from a Submitted payroll; payrolls in a draft state will only allow you to download the Payroll CSV report
